.OBJ Bundle is a set of downloadable and exportable assets generated from 3D data for use by architects, construction, development, developers and design professionals. Assets can be imported into a multitude of programs to kick start your design, development or management process. OBJ Bundle is a set of assets that you can download and import into third-party programs. It contains: - Colorized point cloud (.XYZ) - Reflected ceiling plan image - (.JPG) Multiple files if multiple floors - (.PDF) All floors in one file - High-resolution floor plan image (This is NOT the Schematic Floor Plans.) This is similar to the ceiling plan image but of the floor. (.JPG) Multiple files if multiple floors (.PDF) All floors in one file 3D mesh file (.OBJ) including the necessary texture map image files (.JPG) - Jumpstart design projects in third-party programs (such as 3ds max, ReCap, Revit, or AutoCAD). These files are available for download once the 3D model has been processed. (4-6 hours) - Communicate key milestones quickly and effectively by eliminating travel time and by sharing and annotating in the model to get sign-offs. Perform remote inspections, measure while offsite, and reduce site visits by capturing all data the first time. - Export your point cloud and easily share and render it within Revit® and other BIM tools. Generate OBJ files and point clouds for as-builts and construction documentation. - Overlay your point cloud onto your BIM model to conduct verification. - Take measurements in difficult to access areas such as pipes, trusses, and ceiling beams. - Replace thousands of photos by capturing all imagery and data at once, and save time by eliminating the need to document, arrange, and label photos. - Get reflected ceiling plan images and schematic floor plans. Equipment: Our LEICA BLK 360 Camera produces 10x point cloud accuracy than the standard Matterport camera. Be sure to check out the additional upgrades like BIM (Building Information Modeling), E57, XYZ cloud, OBJ and Tiff files for your 3rd Party software. Autodesk, Procore, Revit, Sketchup and more. If you would like a detailed virtual walkthrough of your entire property including your outdoor spaces (yards and landscaping), please remember to keep in mind that outdoor spaces will be included in the final square footage for pricing.
